Mountains revisited: theory in field practice

What there is to learn from Slavs

For my work, I’ve chosen to talk about Slavic mythology and paganism and the overall Slavic relationship with mountains.

I’d like to explore the ways people have lived with the mountains as well as the way they saw them from a religious point of view.

Slavic people have been using mountains in many ways for centuries and there are many ways in which they have done so.
I’d also like to focus on what there is to gain from the knowledge of Slavic beliefs and their view on life.
